CEMVC Researcher and Team Awarded National Grant

Dr. Lauren Beck is the recipient of the New Frontiers Research Fund (NFRF) Grant for her exciting and pertinent project, “Indigenous Approaches to the Western Literary and Visual Canon”. The aim of this prestigious grant is to increase diversity in Western humanities studies, and Dr. Beck will be leading a team of 12 scholars from Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. to diversify perspectives on literary and visual canons.
