Intern Intro #3: Georgia
That’s right! We have another CEMVC intern to spotlight this week! Georgia Pardy is a first year undergraduate student at Mount Allison University. She is in the Bsc program with plans to major in Biology. She became involved with The Centre For Early Modern Visual Culture as a generator of metadata. She enjoys learning about the importance of modern culture as a whole, and is pleased to be apart of this project!
Q: What do you enjoy most about Mount Allison?
A: What I most enjoy about Mount Allison is the sense of community. In such a close and tight knit community, its easy to make friends and you always feel supported!
The CEMVC has truly enjoyed teaming up with such amazing interns this semester. It has been an incredible experience working with the group and following their growth in the program. Thanks to their hard work, over 1000 illustrations from the Aesop’s Fables Collection were uploaded to CAIRN. Now that their work is complete, our team we will continue to upload the remainder of the collection and follow the process of quality control. Thanks again to all of our interns for all of their hard work!
