Intern Intro #2: Justin
It’s time to introduce another wonderful CEMVC intern! This week, we present Justin Daigle-Gallant. Justin is a third-year student at Mount Allison University, pursuing a double-honors degree in Economics and Mathematics. He was born in Moncton, NB, and is a dedicated member of the Investment Fund, Commerce and Economics Society, and the VCIC Competition Team. He is known in the community for his interest in financial analysis, private equity, and entrepreneurship. Over the summer, he created a small-scale made-to-order company that is still operating today. Justin has also worked for Louisbourg Investments where he worked as a public equity analyst.
Justin also answered one of our burning questions:
Q: What do you love most about Mount Allison?
A: My favorite part about Mount Allison has to be the connections you are able to form with your profs and the opportunities it provides. By being a smaller University, Mount Allison has been able to foster a very inclusive environment where students can have direct access to their professors for questions and advice. This has personally helped me get positions as a Teaching Assistant, have a pending publication in an Economic journal, and make some great friends along the way!
